• ROMANTIC TRANCE

The student lovebirds on Friday evening commenced the valentine celebration booming in the 14th February 2015 in a style. The eve of the long awaited day found the sons and daughters in love in different scenes; F2 being the greatest bearer, a few who made their way to town and a few in their rooms.
In ’stage’ and along academic highway, you could tell that romance and passion had taken the mood.
Cometh the day cometh the hour. The lover birds get their plans executed. Clothed in red or not, the destination was nothing less than away from campus. Ngeria forest, Kesses dam, ‘falls’, Eldoret and beyond, had unusual visitors.
In the minds of lovers, making ones fiancé feel good with lots of passion and happiness was a common idea. “I wanted to make her feel good and a sense of belonging”. Roses and other goodies were selling with F2 making maximum profits. For business oriented minds, the day was remarkable following great profits they made.
In contrary to merrymaking, the singles and the heart broken took a different angle. “I locked up myself in my room to avoid embarrassment and possible trauma.” said Maryanne.
The far they could go is to the washroom which as a matter of fact was an obligation in response to the call of nature. To cover the story, some of them had to play loud music with the Adventists being in church till evening.
The day came later announced its end in the evening without alarming anyone. This got many in surprise and lots of disbelief that it had came to an end of their enjoyment. in addition, that was the time that many dudes realized that they had run out of cash.
"Poor me, the day has eventually gone. i have spent every other coin I had, I do not know where i will start from and I do not regret for valentine is a lifetime opportunity. I could not dare miss it."
