MPs Charged with hatespeech

legislators From both alliances; Jubelee & Cord  have been charged with incitement to the public.
This comes after a series of events overwhelmed by hatespeech that have been experienced in the Kenyan Political arena recently.
The politicians include Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama and woman representatives Florence Mutua (Busia) and Aisha Jumwa (Kilifi), MPs Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Kimani Ngunjiri (Bahati) and Ferdinand Waititu (Kabete), Junet Mohamed (Suna East) and Timothy Bosire (Kitutu Masaba) were today arraigned in Milimani  Law courts to face the charges listed against them.

Jubilee legislators Moses Kuria, Ferdinand Waititu and Kimani Ngunjiri are now charged with making utterances that could easily inflame passions leading to the breach of peace.
